Terms & Conditions – Third‑Party Products
These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) apply to third‑party branded products (“Products”) offered for sale by Okamoto Industries (Hong Kong) Ltd. (“Okamoto”, “we”, “our”) through the Okamoto e‑Shop. By purchasing these Products, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Role of Okamoto
1.1 Okamoto sells certain Products supplied by independent third‑party manufacturers and distributors.
1.2 Okamoto acts as a reseller and coordinates between Customers and Supplier
1.3 Okamoto does not manufacture these Products and does not provide direct after‑sales service or warranty coverage, except as expressly stated herein.
2. Product Information
2.1 Unless otherwise disclosed, the Products are manufactured in China.
2.2 All trademarks, product names, and warranties belong to their respective owners.
3. Warranty
3.1 Warranty coverage begins from the date the Product is sold and delivered to the Customer.
3.2 The following warranty periods apply:
Womanizer: 5 years
Arcwave, Romp, We‑Vibe: 2 years
3.3 Warranty service is subject to the terms of the original manufacturer or distributor. Okamoto’s responsibilities are limited to facilitating communication between Customers and the Supplier where applicable.
4. After‑Sales Support
4.1 In case of quality issues:
Customers shall contact Okamoto e‑Shop.
Okamoto will escalate the matter to the Supplier.
Supplier will liaise with the manufacturer for resolution.
4.2 Direct communication between Customers and the Supplier is not normally supported.
4.3 Okamoto reserves the right, at its discretion, to request the Supplier to take over customer service directly. Customers acknowledge that, in such cases, they may subsequently choose to purchase directly from the supplier.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Okamoto disclaims all liability for:
defects caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair,
indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, and
disputes arising between Customers and the manufacturer/supplier beyond Okamoto’s coordinating role.
6. Governing Law
6.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
