Terms & Conditions – Third-PartyProducts
These Terms & Conditions("T&C") apply to third-party branded products("Products") offered for sale by Okamoto Industries (Hong Kong)Ltd. ("Okamoto", "we", "our") through the Okamotoe-Shop.
By purchasing these Products, you("Customer", "you", "your") acknowledge and agreeto the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Role of Okamoto
1.1
Okamoto is an authorized reseller ofcertain Products manufactured and supplied by independent third-partymanufacturers and/or their authorized distributors ("Supplier").
1.2
Okamoto is responsible for processingcustomer orders, payment collection and arranging delivery for Productspurchased through the Okamoto e-Shop.
1.3
Okamoto is not the manufacturer ofthese Products and is not responsible for the design, manufacturing, testing,quality control, product performance, safety certification or warrantydecisions relating to the Products.
1.4
All warranties, product specifications andafter-sales policies are provided by the respective manufacturer and/or itsauthorized distributor.
2. Product Information
2.1
Unless otherwise stated on the product pageor packaging, Products are manufactured by their respective manufacturers.
2.2
Country of origin, product specifications,packaging design, accessories and product appearance are subject to themanufacturer's latest production specifications.
2.3
All trademarks, logos, product names,copyrights and other intellectual property rights belong to their respectiveowners.
3. Manufacturer's Warranty
3.1
Manufacturer warranty begins from the datethe Product is delivered to the Customer.
3.2
Current manufacturer warranty periods are:

3.3
Warranty coverage is subject to themanufacturer's warranty terms, conditions and assessment.
3.4
Okamoto does not provide any independentwarranty beyond the manufacturer's warranty.
4. After-Sales Support
4.1
Should any Product quality issue orwarranty enquiry arise, Customers should contact the Okamoto e-Shop CustomerService as the first point of contact.
4.2
Okamoto will assist Customers bycoordinating communication with the Supplier and/or manufacturer regardingwarranty claims, technical enquiries and after-sales support where applicable.
4.3
Any inspection, repair, replacement, refundor warranty approval remains subject to the manufacturer's or Supplier'sassessment and final decision.
4.4
Okamoto will use reasonable commercialefforts to facilitate the warranty process. However, Okamoto does not guaranteethe approval, repair, replacement or outcome of any warranty claim.
4.5
Where appropriate and at Okamoto's solediscretion, Customers may be referred to the Supplier or manufacturer tofacilitate more efficient after-sales support.
5. Product Returns
5.1
For hygiene and personal care reasons,Products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used, unless theProduct is confirmed to be defective upon inspection.
5.2
Customers should notify Okamoto within 7days after receiving the Product if there is any suspected manufacturingdefect or damage during delivery.
5.3
Okamoto reserves the right to requestsupporting information, including photographs, videos or other evidence, beforearranging warranty processing.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the lawsof Hong Kong:
6.1
Okamoto shall not be liable for:
- damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accident or improper storage;
- unauthorized modification, repair or alteration;
- normal wear and tear;
- failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions;
- indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, business interruption or loss of data.
6.2
Okamoto's responsibility regardingthird-party Products is limited to acting as the authorized reseller andcoordinating warranty and after-sales communication with the Supplier andmanufacturer.
6.3
Okamoto shall not be responsible for anymanufacturing defects, product recalls, warranty decisions, repair decisions ortechnical product performance, which remain the responsibility of themanufacturer.
6.4
Nothing in these Terms & Conditionsexcludes, restricts or limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excludedunder the applicable laws of Hong Kong.
7. Privacy
Customer information collected duringwarranty processing will be handled in accordance with Okamoto's Privacy Policyand may be shared with the Supplier or manufacturer only where reasonablynecessary to process warranty claims or after-sales support.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall begoverned by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong SpecialAdministrative Region.
Any dispute arising from these Terms &Conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts ofHong Kong.
9. Changes to These Terms &Conditions
Okamoto reserves the right to amend orupdate these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The latest version published on the Okamotoe-Shop shall prevail.
